WHERE IS YOUR FAITH IN TIME OF TRIAL

This message is for someone out there, who is going through challenges..... I just want to say to you beloved, have faith...
we all of our own different challenges but I want to say to you that whatever you are going through at the moment, someone else is going through it too. You are not the first to go through it and certainly won’t be the last.
In every challenges you encounter in life, there is an opportunity for you to grow and be strong, there are moment we make costly mistakes that could lead to some of the trials we are facing right now, but do you know that in every mistake there is a message, but some of us miss this message because we are too busy punishing ourselves for the mistakes we made.
I want you to know that God’s time is not our time and he is rarely ever early but he is never late, if only you will believe that your times are in his hand. Let me lift your spirit by sharing the story of a couple (Nichole and Mike) with you....
Nichole and Mike have been courting for like 4 years when they decided to tie the knot, Nichole works in a Bank while Mike works with a Multinational company in Lagos. Few weeks to their wedding, Mike lost his job but they didn’t because of this postpone or cancel the wedding date because Nichole still has her job. After the wedding Nichole was taking all the financial responsibilities in the house while Mike keeps going out to apply for job, yet he couldn’t get any.
2 months after the wedding Nichole got pregnant and

5 LIFELONG LESSON WE CAN LEARN FROM THE TITANIC BY ''Sinead Duffy''

The story of the sinking of the Titanic will be told and retold for countless generations. Both young and old are fascinated by what is considered one of the rarest events in human history. Hundreds of books have been written and several feature films have been produced in memory of the legendary ship. Today, 100 years later, take a moment to absorb 5 lifelong lessons that can be learned for this great tragedy.
1. Limiting Beliefs can be Detrimental
The mighty and glorious Titanic was believed to be 'unsinkable'. For that reason, it did not carry the required number of lifeboats. This was one of the biggest causes of loss of life on the ship. The belief that the ship was unsinkable ultimately led to disaster.
Lesson for Life: Your beliefs are so powerful that they directly affect how you think and behave. When you believe something to be true, you act in accordance with that belief. Identify, challenge and move beyond any beliefs that could ultimately spell disaster for you.

2. Overconfidence is Catastrophic
Overestimating the capability of the Titanic led the captain to make

SMOOTH YOUR PATH WITH NOBLE FRIENDS

What direction are your friends taking you?
Tell me who your best friends are, and i will tell you who you are. If you run with wolves you will learn how to howl. But, if you associate with eagles, you will learn how to soar to great heights. Proverb says, ''A mirror reflects a man's face, but what he is really like is shown by the kind of fiends he chooses.'' The simple true fact of life is that you become like those with whom you closely associate-for the good and

WHAT A LIFE............

There are no absolute finish line 4 everyone in d race of life. Our tracks are different, our lanes are different & our durations are different. D only thing we have in common is the same umpire. For instance one person graduates at age 20 and struggles for another five years to get a job, another might graduate at age 25 and gets a job immediately.
One can marry a virgin & wait for d next decade to have d blessings of children, another lady probably after having series of abortions in her past, becomes a mum almost immediately after marriage. Oba onise ara,u'll say!(D mysterious God).Oba Kabio osi(Unquestionable God) A fellow becomes an MD at 38 and dies

LOOSING BAD COMPANY

Do your friends bring out the best in you?
Who you choose to be your best friend or associate is one of the most important decisions you will make during the course of your life.'' You are the same today that you are going to be in five years from now except for two things: the people with whom you associate and the books you read'' (charlie jones).
you do become like those  you closely associate with. a day away from the wrong associations is like a day in the country. The less you associate with some people, the more your life will improve. Its true what proverb says, ''putting confidence in an unreliable man is like chewing with a sore tooth, or trying to run on a broken foot.''
your true best friends are those who bring out the best in you. You are better, not

HAPPINESS CAN ONLY BE FOUND WITHIN YOU.

To be happy in life, we have to accept and appreciate our self the way we are.  If you don’t accept and appreciate yourself the way you are, you will never be satisfied in life. Being happy in life makes everything in your life beautiful, for me, the purpose of being in life is to be happy and useful. Some of us even wait for perfection and if you live your life wishing for perfection, you may have a very long wait. Life will never be perfect, as there are always obstacles and difficulties to overcome. A perfect life is one of balance, where good is at its peak and bad is at its lowest. We have to celebrate our self, appreciate and encourage our self. Whenever you do a task successfully or you achieved one of your goals, celebrate yourself and be happy. No one can give you the happiness you desire in life if you can’t find it within yourself. Let us focus more on what we can do for others, how useful we can be to others and how impactful we can be to the society rather than focusing on what we can get through others, by so doing we would have a lot of reasons to be happy in life. Happiness comes as a result of recognising and appreciating your strengths and what you have within you that can impact other people’s lives positively.

If as a lady you think without a man in your life you would never be happy; even when you find that man that happiness will not be there, and because of this believe you may never find that right man that would take you to the altar, you would only be used and dumped. If you go into a relationship not feeling terribly good about yourself, you're more likely to become dependent on your partner to help you feel good about yourself.  If we felt empty before they appeared in our lives, we fear the emptiness returning if they leave, so their staying with us becomes paramount. That dependency can create all kinds of fear and unhappiness when there's a perceived threat to you staying together.

If we aren’t giving ourselves the acceptance we crave, we look to those around us to provide it for us we are likely to lose ourselves in the relationship.

Below are some of the things you would lose as a lady if you think you would never be happy without a man in your life;

1.      Your dignity

2.      Your self worth

3.      Value

4.      Self respect

One of the keys to stay happy in life is to have self esteem and self confidence, have believe in yourself, tell yourself how beautiful and intelligent you are, complement yourself and know that nobody is in charge of your happiness except you, never let anyone steal it from you cause it was never theirs to take.

How To Increase Your SELFCONFIDENCE

Two main things contribute to self-confidence: self-efficacy and self-esteem.
We gain a sense of self-efficacy when we see ourselves (and others similar to ourselves) mastering skills and achieving goals that matters in those skills areas. This is the confidence that, if we learn and work hard in a particular area, we will succeed; and it’s this type of confidence that leads people to accept difficult challenges, and persist in the face of setbacks.
This overlaps with the idea of self-esteem, which is a more general sense that we cope with what’s going on in our lives, and that we have a right to be happy. Partly, this comes from a feeling that the people around us approve of us, which we may or may not be able to control. However, it also comes from the sense that we are behaving virtuously, that we are competent at what we do, and that we can compete successfully when we put our minds to it.
Self confidence is the difference between feeling unstoppable and feeling scared out of your wits. Your perception of yourself has an enormous impact on how others perceive you. Perception is reality, the more confidence you have, the more likely it is you will succeed.
Self-confidence can also be referred to as

ALCOHOLIC HEPATITIS (disease caused by drinking alcohol)

Alcoholic hepatitis describes liver inflammation caused by drinking alcohol.
Though alcoholic hepatitis is most likely to occur in people who drink heavily over many years, the relationship between drinking and alcoholic hepatitis is complex. Not all heavy drinkers develop alcoholic hepatitis, and the disease can occur in people who drink only moderately.
If you're diagnosed with alcoholic hepatitis, you must stop drinking alcohol. People who continue to drink alcohol can go on to develop more serious liver damage in the form of cirrhosis and liver failure

WHO IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON TO YOU IN THE WORLD?

The most important person to me in the world would have to be myself. And for a number of reasons too.

Firstly, I’m the only person I know that I will be with for my entire life from start to finish. This time is important, and I know that if I’m unable to treat myself properly and respectfully during this time, there is no way I will be able to do the same for others. My friends, family and acquaintances will not benefit from my friendship if I am

MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN SOMEONE'S LIFE TODAY

There is a young boy who lived in the inner city. He was about eight years old, and his family was extremely poor. One cold day, he was up at the local store looking in the window admiring a pair of tennis shoes. As he stood there, cold and barefoot, a lady came along and

Each of your trouble is a stepping stone to greatness

A farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey. He invited all his
